DR Congo 2017 Nyiragonga Volcano,

June 17-18, 2017 An overnight hike up this stratavolcano which is 11,385 ft and has the largest lava lake in the world. It last erupted in 2002; lava traveled at 60 mph into Goma. It is a unique and dangerous volcano and the hike to reach the summit was strenuous.
